# Create data feedback

> Opens a data feedback ticket for a CRM account in your organization.

Opens a data feedback ticket for a CRM account in your organization.

Identify the account with `external_id`. Set `field` to the Kernel field you are challenging and `expected_value` to the value you believe is correct.

| `field` | `string` | Kernel field being challenged. Required. |
| `category` | `string` | One of: `identity`, `headcount`, `revenue`, `locations`, `verticals`, `corporate_hierarchy`, `duplicates`, `other`, `internal_note`. Required. |
| `expected_value` | `string` | Value you believe is correct. Required. |
| `comment` | `string` | Optional note. |
| `evidence_url` | `string` | Optional HTTPS URL supporting the ticket. |
